The short version
- You buy a personal license to use MUSA on one PC. You do not buy the software itself.
- Monthly plans renew until you cancel. A Season Pass is paid once and ends with the season.
- Delivery is instant, so your 14 day right of withdrawal ends once you have access, because you asked for it straight away at checkout.
- Using a bot can break a game's rules. What the game studio does with your account is outside our control.
- These terms do not take away any rights you have under consumer law.
1. Agreeing to these terms
MUSA ("we", "us", "our") offers farming bots at musabots.com. These terms apply when you buy from musabots.com or use any MUSA software. By completing a purchase or using the software you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to buy, or have permission from a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms for you.
If you are a consumer, meaning you buy for yourself and not for a business, nothing in these terms limits the rights mandatory consumer law gives you.
2. What you are buying
When you buy a plan, we give you a personal, non exclusive, non transferable and revocable license to use the MUSA software for the game named on the product page, for as long as your plan is active. You are buying the right to use the software, not the software itself.
- Each license can be active on one PC at a time. It is tied to that PC the first time you log in with your purchase email.
- If you change PC, we will reset your license when you ask. We may limit resets if they are clearly being used to share one license between several people.
- Your license covers updates released while your plan is active.
3. Plans, prices and payment
Monthly plan. You pay every month and your plan renews automatically at the end of each paid month until you cancel.
Season Pass. You pay once and the plan covers the current game season. It ends when that season ends, as announced by the game's developer, and it does not renew.
Prices are shown in euros on the product page at the moment you buy. VAT is added on top of the listed price at checkout.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. If a renewal payment fails, your access may pause until the payment goes through.
If we change the price of the monthly plan, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you, so you have time to cancel if you do not want to continue.
4. Delivery
Delivery is instant. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your license is linked to the email you used at checkout and you can log in to MUSA with that email. If you cannot log in within 24 hours of paying, contact us and we will fix it.
5. Your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase without giving a reason.
MUSA is digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium. Under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), as applied in Croatia by the Consumer Protection Act, that right ends once delivery has started, if you have agreed to delivery starting straight away and confirmed you understand you lose the right of withdrawal.
At checkout we ask for that consent and confirmation before you pay, and we confirm it in your order email. Because access is delivered immediately after payment, the right of withdrawal ends once your license is active. If for any reason we did not collect your consent, you keep the full 14 day right.
This does not affect your rights if the software is faulty or not as described. See section 9 and our Refund Policy.
6. Cancelling a monthly plan
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time in the billing portal by logging in with your purchase email. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the month you already paid for. We do not refund the unused part of a month unless the law requires it.
7. How you may and may not use MUSA
You may use MUSA for your own personal play. You may not:
- share, sell, rent, give away or publish your login, your license or your copy of the software;
- let other people use your license, or run MUSA as a service for others;
- copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or try to extract the source code of the software, except where the law expressly allows it;
- get around, disable or interfere with the licensing, update or security systems;
- use MUSA in a way that breaks the law;
- open a payment dispute or chargeback in bad faith for a purchase you received;
- harass or abuse our team or other members of our community.
8. Game rules and your game account
Please read this section carefully. Most online games, including Hero Siege, do not allow bots or automation in their own terms or EULA. By using MUSA you accept that:
- deciding whether to use automation in a game is your choice and your responsibility;
- the game's developer or publisher may warn, suspend, reset or ban accounts that use automation, and we have no control over that;
- we are not affiliated with any game developer or publisher, and we cannot restore accounts, items, progress or purchases you lose because of action they take;
- we do not refund purchases because a game account was actioned, except where the law requires it.
We explain the risks openly in the "Is it safe to use?" section of the Hero Siege page. We recommend reading it before you buy.
9. Updates, availability and faults
Games change often, and a game update can stop MUSA from working until we release a fix. We work to fix breakages quickly, but we cannot promise a fix within a specific time or that the software will always be available without interruption. We may change, improve or remove features over time.
If you are a consumer, EU law requires the software to match its description and to work as described for the time you have paid for. If it does not, tell us. We will first try to fix it within a reasonable time. If we cannot, or we refuse, you are entitled to a proportionate price reduction or to end your plan and get a refund for the affected period.
10. Suspending or ending your license
We may suspend or end your license if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, for example by sharing or reselling your license, attacking our systems, committing fraud or filing a chargeback in bad faith. Unless the law or an ongoing investigation prevents it, we will tell you why. If we end your license because of a breach, you are not entitled to a refund.
If we decide to stop offering MUSA for a game, we will cancel every subscription for it so nothing renews. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
11. No other promises
We build MUSA with care, but apart from the rights you have under law, we do not promise any particular result. That includes how much gold, loot or experience you earn, how long the bot runs without stopping, or that it works with every PC, setting or version of a game.
12. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Apart from that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of game accounts, in game items, progress or virtual currency, or for data loss that regular backups would have prevented. Our total liability to you for any claim connected with MUSA is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
13. Intellectual property
The MUSA software, website, name, logo, mascot and content belong to us or our licensors. Game names and trademarks mentioned on this site belong to their owners and are used only to describe which game our software works with.
14. Other services we rely on
Payments go through Stripe, and support happens on Discord. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply when you use them.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when the law or our service changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects an active monthly plan, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then if you do not agree. The terms in force when you bought a Season Pass keep applying to that pass unless a change is required by law.
