Gold is the engine of the Hero Siege economy. It fuels crafting, gem upgrades, gear corruption and Auction House deals. This guide breaks down the fastest ways to farm gold in Hero Siege Season 9 "Incarnation", using the methods experienced players rely on right now. How gold works in Season 9

Gold drops from enemies, chests and destructibles, and inside instanced content it's frequently auto-collected as you clear. You spend it on crafting, gems, gear corruption and — most importantly at the high end — the player-driven Auction House. A key Season 9 change: all items and gold are now 100% server-authoritative, which makes duping and memory-edited cheats impossible. The upshot is that the economy is stable and the two things that actually build wealth are killing efficiently and trading smartly.

The best gold farming methods, ranked

1. Satanic Zones + Satanic Crystals

This is the backbone of Season 9 gold. Satanic Zones are dense farming instances you want to clear for their full ~30-minute duration — the longer you stay, the better your odds at valuable gear. The pro move on the loot: vendor roughly 80–90% of what drops, and for the Satanic items, sell the good ones (≈1,500–2,000 gold or more) directly, while breaking the rest down into Satanic Crystals. Crystals are used for gear corruption and currently trade around 12,000–18,000 gold each, so a full session of "junk" Satanics converts into serious money.

2. Chaos Towers

Chaos Towers can appear on any map, with higher spawn chances on higher difficulty. Each layer you clear pushes the tower level up and rewards you before letting you bank or continue. Because density is high and gold is collected as you clear, towers are one of the most consistent gold-and-loot sources in the game — push as deep as your build safely allows, then cash out.

3. Ether Tree — Pillars of Chaos

New to the Incarnation season, the Ether Tree lets you spend points on mechanic-specific nodes. For farming, the Pillars of Chaos nodes are the ones to prioritize: they increase your chance of Satanic items and bloater packs, which means more XP and more high-value loot from the same clears. Ether points come from Wormholes and the auto-completing special quests, so this compounds naturally as you farm.

4. Wormholes

Wormholes remain a late-game staple. You clear a randomized instance and, on victory, can raise the Wormhole level for better XP and loot at higher difficulty. In Season 9 each successful run also grants an Ether Point, making Wormholes the best way to feed your Ether Tree while farming XP and drops at the same time.

5. Sell keys to other players

Keys gate boss and dungeon runs, so they're perennially in demand. Even if you never fight the bosses yourself, farming and selling keys is one of the most reliable income streams in the game. Complete your daily quests for guaranteed key rewards, then list them.

6. Upgrade and sell gems
